
Refund Policy
Introduction
At Rivet Digital, all payments are securely processed through Stripe. Clients may request a refund within 7 days of their first transaction. We offer a full refund for subscriptions or trials purchased through the Rivet Digital website, subject to the conditions below.
Rivet Digital reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following scenarios:
- If the client attempts to compromise our data, harm our services, team, assets, or reputation.
- If there is evidence that the client is attempting to resell Rivet Digital’s services without authorization.
- If the client’s account is found to be involved in fraudulent activities (e.g., misuse of affiliate fees).
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, clients must contact Rivet Digital at support@rivetdigital.com with the following details:
- The request must be sent from the email used for the payment.
- The email should include the date and details of the transaction.
Rivet Digital will review refund requests within 3 business days of receiving the email.
